Melissa Narbey’ s role as Business Development Manager for the AMI and AXT in WA is to introduce Geoscientists to the latest developments in analytical science available for them to improve their fundamental knowledge about their products which in turn results in improved productivity and cost recovery.

Melissa has a strong background in Analytical Chemistry in the mining industry having lived and worked in the Goldfields of WA for many years. As an application scientist, Melissa is well versed in modern instruments with all the advantages and limitations from small hand held analysers through to the complex high end research tools. As an application scientist Melissa has been involved in the integration of cutting edge research tools into high through-put production environments improving the quality control and therefore productivity drivers of industry.
